Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items purchased with promotional discounts or on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Sunglasses/Watches

  • Cosmetics & Perfumery

  • Stationery

  • Lingerie/Undergarments

  • Sarees / Salwar / Lungies / Nighties

  • Handbags/Belts/Wallets

  • Blazers

  • All kinds of Winter Wear

  • Infant Items

  • Toys

  • All kinds of Household items

  • Ornaments

We also do not accept exchanges for items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at info@houseoffashions.lk and send the item back with your next delivery order.
You may hand over the item to our delivery personnel, and they will return it to our warehouse for processing.


Shipping

To return your product, you should inform us in advance on info@houseoffashions.lk and we will make the arrangements to pick up
the product from your doorstep (usually it will be with your next order delivery as we cannot send a person to pick up only).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
