You must inform House of Fashions as soon as the item is not to your satisfaction.
Once we are informed, we will send you a returns form, along with a courier to pick up the returns package. This must be done as soon as possible.
The items must be packed in their original packaging when returning the items along with the original invoice and returns form.
The item in question must be returned in good and saleable condition.
If products are not returned in good and saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
If this occurs, we will return the item to the delivery address with no refund.
Online order returns are not accepted at any of our outlets.

Island wide Delivery
Customer must specify a single address to deliver the goods. Home delivery option is chargeable based on the weight of the package. Island wised delivery charges for 1KG and below will be LKR. 280 and there will be LKR 100 for every additional KG.
Customers must sign for the goods on deliver and present a NIC number for proof of identity. Your parcel will arrive 1 – 4 days after the dispatch confirmation through PRONTO Delivery service. If you are not at home when your package arrives, a letter will be left at your delivery address advising you on how to pick up your order.

House of Fashions, upon acceptance of an Order placed by its Customer, will supply the products and services specified in the Order to Customer, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its exhibits and House of Fashions acceptance of such order submitted by Buyer is expressly limited to the terms and conditions of this Agreement not withstanding any contrary provision contained by the Customer’s purchase orders, invoices, acknowledgements or other documents. The detail of the product, which is, quantity, price, product specifications, shall be set forth in the relevant Order.

You must also possess a valid debit or credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

A contract between Customer and House of Fashions will form when the goods are being dispatched.
